The entire staff was so kind to us when we had to help out Axel cross the Rainbow Bridge on Christmas Eve we knew we would be a patron again. It was very emotional bringing our new dog Maverick back to where we experienced the worst day of our lives but they instantly made Maverick feel comfortable.

Very clean hospital and people are friendly and helpful.

Love the fact that they are open on Saturday, very impressed with the size and cleanliness of the office , the staff and Dr were great will definitely use again.

My Bernie Doodle got his foot nicked about a year ago and I have had a hard time finding a groomer to get a full groom on him. The last one I took him to called me and said they had to stop part of the way through because he was so jittery when they got to his feet and they didn’t feel safe and was afraid they would nick him and didn’t want to cause damage to him. So when I went to pick him up they told me to call Cleveland Street East animal hospital and ask for Jackie. Said she was REALLY good and that she is really good with dogs that has had issues with grooming. She was able to do a complete grooming on him and he hasn’t looked this good since he was a puppy. They done an AMAZING job! He now has a permanent groomer!! Highly recommend them!!

First time there a couple of weeks ago, very friendly and we were seen right away. I feel like my dogs are in good hands here.
